Refund Policy – 30-Day Purrfect Guarantee

We want every cat (and human!) to be happy, so we make returns easy.

30-Day Purrfect Guarantee You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return — no questions asked. Your item just needs to be unused and in the same condition you received it (tags and original packaging are appreciated but not required).

How to return Simply reply to your order confirmation email or write to hello@purrchase.net. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions. (If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we’ll cover return shipping 100%.)

Refunds Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you right away. Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method — usually within 1–3 business days (your bank may take a couple extra days to show it).

Exchanges Want a different size, color, or toy? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order — we’ll get the new one out to you right away!
